Due to the rapidly changing winds of time, the practicalities of earning a living as a musician has become increasingly difficult. One way to give support to talented youngsters is through carefully selected partnerships and cooperations with organizations that have complementary objectives and of course, are led by people with similar motives.

Through Casalmaggiore International Festival, Norfolk Concerts, MING Connection Mainz e.V., and the Mainzer Virtuosi, we have been exposed to a large pool of top talent, and are able to give talented young musicians not only financial support, but engagements, advice, new and diverse experiences and opportunities, and therefore belief and faith in the future.

The goal is not for each to aspire to a solo career, but for those to exhibit love and passion for music, and are truly dedicated, whether the future might be in the field of pedagogy, ensemble playing, accompanying, solo performance, or as a hobby, is irrelevant. Talent is diverse, and needs to be fostered through first – hand education in different forms.
